The team and my role
As a freelance public relations specialist, I was responsible for crafting a PR strategy for the opening of Clockwise’s second location in Brussels – The Louise by Clockwise. I was working closely with the sales team, ensuring timely access to necessary materials and providing digital publications with the information they may have requested.
My contribution
- Developed a comprehensive PR campaign;
- Drafted, improved, and proofread engaging press releases and pitches;
- Participated in weekly calls;
- Reached out to industry professionals and renowned European publications;
- Coordinated site visits and interviews.
Scope
As a PR consultant, I was working on developing a PR campaign and raising brand awareness about Clockwise’s new location in Brussels. I drafted online press releases and pitches focusing on the opening of The Louise by Clockwise, as well as suggesting various angles, including design and sustainability.
I also led discussions with online journalists about their publications’ needs and the news’ relevance for their website.
Lastly, I coordinated with Clockwise’s team and various channels to provide the necessary coverage ot the opening.
Results
- Online coverage of the opening of the Louise at major European publications and local publications.
